Welcome to Praan Healthtech Private Limited ("Praan", "Praan Health", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.praan.health, our mobile applications (if any), and our health and wellness programs, services, and content (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a program, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Praan Health
Praan Health is a chronic-care and preventive health platform offering personalised, doctor-led and coach-supported programs. Our Services may include (but are not limited to):
Medical consultations with licensed doctors
Nutrition and diet counselling
Strength and conditioning / fitness coaching (online or offline)
Physiotherapy and mobility support (where applicable)
Mental health and counselling sessions (optional)
Health assessments, reports, and educational content
Our programs are designed to support long-term health outcomes but do not replace emergency medical care.
2. Eligibility
You may use our Services if:
You are at least 18 years of age, or
You are enrolling on behalf of a parent or dependent with their informed consent
By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer
Praan Health provides personalised health programs based on information shared by the user and/or their family.
Our Services are not intended for medical emergencies. In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
Health outcomes vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific medical, fitness, or health results.
Advice provided by coaches, nutritionists, or counsellors is based on professional best practices but should be followed responsibly.
Medical advice is provided only by licensed doctors associated with Praan Health.
4. Program Structure & Delivery
Program inclusions, duration, frequency of sessions, and type of care team members vary based on the specific program or plan selected by the user.
Certain components of the program (such as doctor consultations, dietitian support, physiotherapy, mental health counselling, mode of delivery, or number of sessions) may or may not be included depending on the plan opted for.
Sessions may be delivered online, at home, or at partner facilities, depending on the program selected and city availability.
All sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability of the user and the care team.
Praan Health reserves the right to assign or change care team members, modify session sequencing, or adjust delivery methods when required for safety, availability, or clinical reasons, while ensuring continuity of care.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate medical history, reports, and relevant health information
Inform the care team of any discomfort, pain, or adverse symptoms immediately
Follow safety instructions shared by the care team
Attend sessions on time or provide advance notice for rescheduling
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may impact safety and outcomes, for which Praan Health will not be responsible.
6. Scheduling, Breaks & Rescheduling
Users may take short breaks (typically 2–4 days) during the program.
The maximum cumulative break allowed is two (2) weeks during the program duration.
Breaks must be communicated to the care team via WhatsApp or email.
Sessions missed due to approved breaks are rescheduled based on mutual availability.
Extended inactivity beyond permitted limits may lead to program restructuring or discontinuation.
7. Payments & Pricing
Program fees are communicated prior to enrolment and may vary by plan, duration, and delivery mode.
All prices are exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as communicated at the time of payment.
Payments are collected as full payment or in exceptional cases - instalments depending on the offering.
Praan Health reserves the right to revise pricing for new customers or renewals.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and pauses are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy page for detailed conditions.
9. Confidentiality, Data Protection & Privacy
We take user privacy and data security seriously and handle personal, medical, and sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Information shared with Praan Health is used solely for providing, managing, and improving our Services.
Data may be shared internally with authorised doctors, coaches, dietitians, counsellors, and operations team members strictly on a need-to-know basis.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of their data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

10. Mobile App Usage & Digital Services
Praan Health may provide access to mobile applications, dashboards, or digital tools for users and care teams.
App features, availability, and functionality may change from time to time.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.
Praan Health shall not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.
Data entered into the app (including health metrics, reports, notes, and messages) forms part of the user’s care record.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within the Services (including text, graphics, logos, videos, and reports) is owned by or licensed to Praan Health.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Praan Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant program

Praan Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services if:
These Terms are violated
There is misuse of Services
Continued participation poses a safety risk
Termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund unless specified in the Refund Policy.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
